What is a MnIM?
Having recorded together for nigh on 20 years, Modern neo-Industrial Minimalism, aka MnIM (with a silent “n”) is the musical collaboration of 3 friends, Gene Lawson, Paul Mitchell, and David Gregg, who are dedicated to writing and recording without the structure of pre-designed charts, song arrangements, or advanced planning of any kind. It’s the art of spontaneous composition. Does it work? It’s hard to say. You be the judge.
